Speaking of pumpkins. We are building pumpkins this month. Our Delts (Shoulders) look like lil pumpkins when well developed.

This year "Boulder Shoulders" is going down inside my
STRONG Way Training Membership.
The month's focus for the STRONGER Way Training Block
is Shoulders (Military Press) + Quads (Squats)!
We are going to be building up those
pumpkins of yours.

me, you know we don't do random. The program is structured and well-balanced.
Since
the month's flavor is Shoulders, we shall hit them directly a few times a week. Of course, we are working on your Squatting pattern as well. You'll come out of this month with some STRONGER, shapely delts and a better squat, I betcha!
