Yes, lol, I know it is the end of the summer.
Still, there is time to put on the thing that you deem you can not wear until you reach "X!"
It's still quite warm and nice outside. Well, it's really hot, depending on where you live. I don't think I've worn jeans but one time all summer. 🥵 I wore a pair to roller skating and immediately regretted it! 😆
So, for the next activity, event, etc., wear it!
As you read this email, a memory probably popped up when you wore something that you were so hot in and wished you had worn something else cooler.
So...
Don't wait another moment to live life.
Live it now.
Life is just passing by.
But, Candace, I don't like how "X" looks.
Life is too short not to wear THE THING. Wear it!
Wear it while working on your goals.
Yes, ma'am, you can respect, like, appreciate, love yourself, etc. right here, right now at this very moment, and want to change, get fit, etc. Those things are not mutually exclusive.
As a matter of fact, having self-compassion & self-kindness has been shown to take you a long way with healthier nutrition and staying consistent with your fitness routine.
Self-hate has the opposite effect! You won't be consistent with your health & nutrition practices.
So be gracious with yourself.
Be patient!
And - wear the thing!
