This month the STRONGER Way Lifts are centered around Unilateral Strength! This is one of my favorite months. It's like a built-in deload month—a less taxing month on the body.
Make no mistake; you're still working hard, but differently than our big compounds and lower reps with heavy loads. Strength increases will also be had on your single limb lifts; no worries!
Next month you'll notice a refreshed body, strength increases in the big lifts, and better balance across limbs.
So, it's time to train the limbs individually. Bring your strength up on the weaker side.
Training the limbs individually also is very humbling because you have to slow down. And when you slow down, guess what happens? Your form improves. And with good form, you get
STRONGER!
We are honing strength between limbs and getting even more indirect core work. We have to stabilize. The core and joints are working overtime to keep you steady &
balanced.
