If you want to lose body fat for good,
those habits should match what you're doing to lose body fat.
The changes you make to
lose body fat should help you keep the body fat off down the road.
- What habits can you maintain, or will your current habits sustain that
change?
- What changes can you make that will support long-term weight management?
Make simple changes to become healthier. Create sane habits that you can sustain.
Think habits over restriction. What can you ADD?! Do that! Do it over and over until it's second nature!
Small changes lead to big results over time that are sustainable.
FYI, when it comes to fat loss, one of the most significant differences is the amount of food you consume. When you're trying to lose, you eat a bit less - emphasis on less - a moderate cut of calories. When you are maintaining (where you should be spending most of your life), you're eating more. It doesn't have to or need be
extreme!
