I've released my very first blog of the year. Can I get a round of applause? 🤣 It's been a hot minute since I published one, so I shall celebrate! 🎉 The goal is to get at least one published a
month.
So, I know that scale can be a pain point for many women. It used to be for me, at one point in my life. I am happy to say that it is not anymore.
One of the ways that I got to a place of freedom with the scale was to understand it. It no longer holds me hostage or steals my joy, no matter what it reads back.
My hope for you is the same! It's a journey, but if you want freedom, you'll have to choose to do the work!
