Hey, hey ! Happy Tuesday!
Wow, the month was long but short. Here we are… It’s January 31st! Come on, February, let’s DO THIS!
How was your month STRONG friend? What was your biggest win this month?
The month was pretty good for
me. It was also busy with some travel to Colorado for skiing, visiting one of my best girlfriends, and an RV Event in Arizona that was jam packed with RV workshops, fun activities, some jeeping, and hanging/connecting with new and old friends.
We also made a stop in Vegas for a
few days. I also visited a sweet friend and checked out the Bellagio Botanical Gardens - so beautiful, the display was for the Chinese New Year! And now, I’ve landed in Utah until April!
This month I wanted to work on my sleep routine. I initially set out to be in bed by 9:30, lol,
but then I forgot we had a few events that I would be up to at least 10.
So, instead, I focused more on quality and getting 7-8 hours, no matter when I went to bed. I’m happy to say that the goal was accomplished. Even at the week-long RV event, I hit some 9:30 nights after
all.
My biggest win as of today is journaling morning and evening for 30 days straight, and today will make 31 days. 💃🏾🙌🏾
And lastly, my social media posting has been on point for January, and I got my first blog of the year up and shared!
