I hope the new month is off to a great start for you. For some, it’s probably your last day off. If so, I hope it’s a restful day before you head back to work!
And before we dive into today’s email, I wanted to let you know enrollment is open for the STRONGER Way Training
Membership.

I’m excited for 2023. For all new possibilities, for the new things to come. I don’t know what 2023 will hold for me, but I am ready. Attitude is everything!
My goal, intentions, and word for the year is the word Focus. Focus on the things that matter most. I will also Focus on one thing at a time. Complete that one thing first and then move on to the next. I tend to bite off more than I can chew at times. So that often leaves me with unfinished projects, books, blogs, etc.
My health-focused, action-based goal is to mind my bedtime routine. I will be aiming to start my winddown between 9 and 9:30. That’s the goal - that’s the focus. I’m holding myself accountable by using a consistency log - lol; I’m going to put a little star on every day I accomplish my sleep-bedtime goal!
I’ll report back on how I did at the end of the month. I’m aiming for an 80% consistency rate!

that you can see it daily; put a sticker or something for each day that you hit your action-based goal! 🙌🏾
This brings me to new year goals/resolutions pertaining to health and wellness... In case you needed this friendly reminder:
You don’t need another diet, another quick fix, or random muscle-confusing workouts!
You can pursue strength. You can train for performance. You can train because it feels good. After all, lifting the things leads to a

Ongoing coaching & support with me via our Slack Group Community - (Monday-Friday - Biz Hours - 9-5 CST) when you subscribe to the Full Access Membership Option Only - I’ll provide you with feedback and
monitor your progress every step of the Way!
You also get form check/feedback on your lifts - (Full Access Membership option only) - I’ll assess your form and provide feedback to improve your form, minimize the risk of injury, and maximize your training time. Up to 3 video form checks per week!
