March was pretty decent for me. Pretty chill month overall. The
normal stuff... client calls and virtual training sessions. I also shot a ton of content for my demo video library for clients.
On the training front... I'm working on sissy squats - progressed those from bodyweight to holding 15 lbs so far. I will continue to work on those in April as well.
I'm also back doubling down on standalone Mobility workouts. Consistently hittin' about two sessions a week. Everything is feeling really good in the body.... joints, performance, and recovery are great! So, I'll continue that into April as well!
I've gotten used to skiing by myself. It's so peaceful. I do miss the hub's company and him challenging me to ski some harder stuff. Lol, I love not being rushed to hurry to get to the resort. And I take more breaks too. Jeff is always go-go-go!
I met a new girlfriend to ski with and we went to a new to me resort - Powder Mountain. She's a hoot, we had a blast. More advanced with skiing than me.
She took me on a Black Diamond with some trees that she claimed was a mild one, lol! To me, it was
not. At least it wasn't narrow, and the trees were spaced out so that part was easy to maneuver.
