Boom, July is over just like that! I can’t believe the holidays are just a few months away. Lol, how, right?!

As for me, I celebrated my stepdaughter’s wedding, spent time with wonderful friends and made some new friends, visited Pikes Peak in Colorado, Broadmoor Seven Falls, ate lots of good food - Lewis BBQ was 🔥🔥, and now, I am back in Florida enjoying the heat 😜 and the ocean!

If you're ever in Charleston or Greenville South Carolina put Lewis BBQ on your list of places to eat. If you love real BBQ, they are that deal. So good! The brisket is die for! 🤤😋

On the training front... took a week off lifting and returned to the gym feeling refreshed. Before that, I hit some personal bests in my block deadlifts - 287 lbs for reps and kept up with my incline walks and plyometrics!

Oh, and we broke down on the way to South Carolina for my stepdaughter’s wedding. The semi’s alternator went out. Jeff was able to fix it, and we got back on the road the following day.

We were super grateful that we were really close to a campground when we broke down! Thank God because, wooooo weee, it would have been a hassle getting the RV towed to a campground. And he was able to get all the parts that he needed to fix the truck!
