And just like that, it’s June! Another month has come and gone. So, I’m droppin’ in with a recap of the May tings!

How was the month of May for you, STRONG friend? What were your wins or successful accomplishments? Did you overcome any challenges?

My biggest win was running a 5K race on Memorial Day for the Dark Horse -  3rd Battalion 5th Marines. It was such an honor running this race for a cause honoring those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice.

I was very proud of my time and pace, and I didn’t stop once! I was in the top 3rd of my age group! Whoop! I am very thrilled with the outcome because I typically don’t do much endurance-type running/cardio! My conditioning is mostly jump rope, sprints, and intervals.
