I’m back to roller skating. I LOVE it; it brings me so much joy! I am getting better and better each week. I go on Thursday evenings for a couple of hours. Ima have to keep up with it when we
leave here. I’ll have to find the local skating rink wherever we are staying for the month when we leave Florida!
Training wise... I’m doing 2 Training Blocks of Landmine Lifts - 6 weeks each. This month, I hit a PR of 80 lbs for 10 reps on my Landmine Squat. I’m pretty pumped about that.
I'm also back
to incorporating mobility sessions 1-2 times a week. These occur outside of my lifting sessions. Gotta stay buttery!
Jeff and I also did a step challenge! We competed against each other. It was a great way to get more movement in during day. I won! Whoop, whoop! 💃🏾🎉
We were neck and neck for awhile,
then I swooped in and crushed. We can't remember what we agreed on for a prize, lol! The month was so long! Anywho, I won that's a prize enough because Jeff just knew he was gonna win!
