I'm fresh off of a family vacation to Disney and Universal Studios. Ten days of fun... ripping and runnin', lol! Disney and things were a blast. We opened the parks just about every day and closed them on some days. Wooooo

I almost need a vacation from a vacation. 😮💨 If you have ever been to Disney, you know what I mean. This was my first time doing more than a couple of days since I went my very first time in high school.
Anywho, it's good to be back to the normal routine and
things.
Speaking of normal...
After a trip, vacation, holiday gatherings. etc., all you really need to do is return to your normal routine, even if you overindulged.
No need to make up, restrict your food, do extra cardio, etc.; just jump right back in where you left off.
Remember what matters most on your health journey... It's what you do MOST of the time that has a significant impact on your health.
