Droppin' in with a Five Fitness Friday Favorites Drank edition! 

If you are new here and wondering what the heck is, Five Fitness Friday Favorites, it's a round-up of my favorite fitness, nutrition, foodie things, or lifestyle things that I have been loving or tried and wanted to share with you!

1 - True Nopal Prickly Pear Cactus Water!
 

It's very refreshing, with a light flavor that's not overpowering! I found it at a good ole Wally World. It must be a favorite, as it's often out of stock.

You should also be able to find it at your local health stores. I'm sure it's in Whole Foods as well!

2 - CoCo Joy Coconut Water

This coconut water, right hereeeee! The first time I had it, I was hooked. I discovered it after hiking the West Rim Trail at Zion National Park.

It was the most refreshing coconut water I've ever had, outside of having it straight from a coconut. Lol, probably because it was so hot hiking in July! 😝 

You know how things be tasting so good right after a hard physical activity? Am I right?

Anywho, I had it multiple times after. It was still so good! I keep it on tap regularly.

I've purchased it at TJ's, Ross, and Walmart. And you know Amazon sells them, too. You can get a case for a good price!

3 - Quest Iced Coffee - comes in two flavors: Vanilla and Mocha

I'm partial to these. I would give it a 6 rating. I tried the Mocha Latte flavor first. I wish it were more chocolatey and a bit stronger in terms of the coffee taste. 

I'm usually a caramel coffee type person, but they don't have caramel. I will try Vanilla before I write it off.

If you like them after trying them... You can get a 12 pack from good ole Amazon! 

4 - Black Rifle Coffee Company's Salty Caramel Cold Brew Coffee. 

It's really good coffee, and it is a veteran-owned business! They give back to veterans by helping service members transition into entrepreneurship so that they can launch their own businesses.

Now, this one and their other flavors and situations are fire! 🔥🤌🏾

We use their brewed regular coffee too!

I purchased it at Walmart! 
 

 5 - Gatorade Fit 😋

I may have shared this drink before, and if I did, it's because they are bomb dot com! 😝 I buy this one by the case.

My top three flavors are Watermelon Strawberry, Blackberry Raspberry, and Tropical Mango!

You should be able to find them in your local grocery store and gas stations, and, as usual, on Amazon.

Alrighty, STRONG friend! That's that! If you struggle to get your water intake in, don't fret. The drinks I shared today can help and still count towards hydration or your favorite flavored water enhancers. I have a drawer full of them!

You don't have to just drink plain ole water all the time! (Reel that I did on the subject matter 😝💦) That's what I have to say about that!
