The
weather here (I was in Utah, and now I’m in Colorado Springs) has been cray, cray. Some snowy days were mixed in with a good number of spring days.
Today, it’s 70 degrees, and the sun is shining. It’s a beautiful day.
Even snowy days are beautiful days!! The cold be cold; that’s all you can say about that.😝 Sometimes, though, it can be refreshing. I bundle up with many layers and still get my walkies in!

One reason is that you're not working out to get toned. To be toned, you have to have muscle first! You have to build it first! You can't keep losing more and more weight to achieve the toned look. Unfortunately, it doesn't work like
