If you're in need of a new high-protein recipe, I've got you! It's super simple and quick to make.
Chicken Egg & Cheese Casserole Bake
(Servings: 8-10)
Ingredients:
- 617 grams Cooked Chicken Breast - (I used shredded chicken that was
already prepped)
- 7 Whole Eggs
- 150 grams Egg Whites
- 212 grams of Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 150 grams of Daisy Light Sour Cream
- 350 grams of 4% Good Culture Cottage Cheese
- 115 grams of Red Onions
- Red Hot Buffalo Sauce to taste!
- Salt and Pepper or other seasonings that you like to taste.
Adjust the recipes ingredients and amounts to your liking!

Notes:
- Bake at 350 until cooked through. Approx. 40-45 minutes!
- We used 13 x 9 baking pan.
- If you're following my recipe exactly the weight of the recipe was 1790 grams.
- If you cut the casserole into 10 servings here are the macros - ish - approximate:
- 1 Serving - 179 grams
