STRONG friend, Happy Thursday!
I know how frustrating it can be when you feel like you are doing everything right...
- working out 5x a week
- eating clean
- maybe you are even tracking your macros
Yet, you're still not seeing the results that you want. Still not seeing that "toned" look!
Let me just be straight up with you!
It's not you. It's
your strategy!
Because "toned" is just another word for building/having muscle + less body fat.
And if you don't build or have enough muscle, there's nothing to reveal—even when you lose body fat!
Here's where most women get it wrong:
- They're lifting weights, sure… but not progressively.
- They're eating "healthy"… either not enough, eating too much, or don't know how much they're eating. Healthy, whole,
nutrient-dense foods have calories, too. They're not calorie-free!
- They're doing random workouts or cardio-style workouts with itty-bitty weights, but no results.
Toning is building muscle. It's a process!
And that process looks like this:
- Structured Progressive Lifting Program
- Lifting heavy/challenging weights consistently
- And progressively getting STRONGER over time.
- Eating enough food (yep,
even carbs!)
- Prioritizing protein
- Allowing your body to recover
- Creating a smart calorie deficit that protects your muscle while losing body fat
If your strength isn't increasing, your muscle likely isn't either.
And no muscle = no tone.
So, if your workouts feel "hard" and you're doing all the right things, but your body isn't changing...
That's your sign to shift the focus.
Stop training
to burn calories.
Start training to build muscle and strength.
Because muscle changes everything!!
If you're ready to train with a plan that actually gets you the strong, achieve the toned look you want—without extremes, unnecessary restrictions, or spinning your wheels...
