One: Stop rushing. Urgency pushes you into extremes you cannot maintain!!
Two: Stop assuming something “worked” just because it worked for a few weeks. If you cannot keep it up, it did not work.
1 Simple Action For The Week -
Pick one habit. Not five. One. Make it
doable for the next month. Can you practice it consistently? If you cannot do it 80 to 90 percent of the time, it is not the right habit for you at the moment. Pick one that you can stick to to begin with!
Take the steady route. Take the doable route. That is the one that actually sticks. I want you winning long term, not spinning your wheels.
