Hey, hey STRONG friend,
Happy December! Last month of the year. Can you believe it? November came and went so fast that I had to scroll my own camera roll to remember what I even did. 😝💀
It was a joyful month with my skate fam 🛼, girlfriend time (which I don't always get when we are traveling), Florida sunshine, and a beautiful Thanksgiving with my kids, their spouses,
and my mom’s side of the family. My heart is so full.
Anywho, how was your November? What was your highlight? Smash that reply button and tell me. I love hearing from you.
Alrighty, let’s get into these MVPs from November. These were the posts my STRONG community saved, shared, and resonated with the most. Quick summaries below, and the full posts are linked if you want to revisit them.
1. “Don’t lift too much or you’ll build too much muscle.”
This one hit because we are all tired of being warned about getting “too bulky.” The truth is, building muscle does not happen overnight. It takes consistency, time, food, and focused training.
Lifting heavier is what gives you shape, tone, and a faster metabolism, not endless
cardio. So yes, I am trying to get bulky, because bulky means built, strong, and confident.
