Fruit is not the enemy.
Fruit isn’t making you fat.
Fruit doesn’t have “too much sugar.”
Fruit is amazing.
Fruit is full of goodness.
Fruit, fruit, fruit… It’s good for you! 😝💃🏾👏🏾
So how many more years are we gonna waste avoiding bananas, watermelon, or apples because some quack said they’ll make us fat?

God’s green earth got fat from eating too much fruit. 🙅🏾♀️ The real reason fat loss isn’t happening? A consistent calorie surplus. Not the peach you had with breakfast. Nobody is gaining fat because of fruit.
Here’s what fruit does do:
🍓 Packs fiber, vitamins, antioxidants, and water your body actually uses.
🍑 Helps with digestion, recovery, and energy.
🍉 Keeps meals satisfying and enjoyable.
🍌 Makes fat loss sustainable instead of
miserable.
STRONG friend, stop stressing over fruit sugar. A blood sugar rise after eating is normal. That’s your body doing what it’s designed to do.
What you don’t need: cutting carbs, skipping fruit, or demonizing foods.
What you do need: balanced nutrition, muscle-focused training, and sustainable fat loss habits.
So yeah, eat the damn fruit, every damn day!
Frozen, fresh, or canned (packed in water),
it all counts!! It’s not carbs or sugar holding you back, it’s chasing extremes.
