Hi
A quick reminder that the early 20% off for #MaintainDontGain closes tonight at midnight CST.
You
can grab your spot here.
I’ll be launching to the public tomorrow, but I wanted to make sure you don’t miss the opportunity for
the early enrollment and that nice discount. Let me know if you have any questions, or take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions about #MaintainDontGain right here.
Too many times, I let myself go during the holiday season. I just accepted it as fact that I was going to gain weight during the holidays. I would rationalize with myself that everyone does it, and that it wouldn’t be that hard to recover come January. Then, because I accepted it as my
reality, I would give up on my fitness goals from Thanksgiving to New Years. Who’s got time for fitness anyways? Then, once I accepted that it was going to happen, I went all in…I ate all the food, drank all the drinks, and went about the holidays with wild abandon! Sounds healthy, right?
Then, as it happens every year, January 1 rolls around. I recovered from the hangover, looked longingly at my favorite jeans that no longer fit, and accepted my return to my
“winter” wardrobe….you know the one – the clothes that cover up the extra pounds…that are normally too big, but fit just perfect because we attacked the holidays with abandon. I know it’s not just me that’s had this happen to in the past. Then we double down on dietary restriction and join the New Years crowd at the gym….hoping to drop the weight with extreme measures! 🙅🏾
Guess
what – the last couple years I enjoyed all my holiday gatherings, had some of my favorite treats, and coasted into the New Years without my “winter” wardrobe or any stress about losing weight before the summer. I actually made it thru the holidays without gaining a bunch of weight. I partook in all of the holiday parties, went out for New Years, had a wonderful time making cookies with my niece, and attended holiday meals with two families, all without putting on the holiday
pounds.
I know you’re what you’re saying – she didn’t eat at the holiday parties, and she spent hours in the gym, right? Nope. Not needed. There are ways to navigate the abundance of food, enjoy what you like, and spend time with family instead of the gym. Who wants to spend all their time at the gym during the
holidays? Don’t get me wrong, I love my family at the gym, but I’d rather spend time at home with the truly important people in my life. I ate what I loved, spent about 2-3 hours a week working out, and had plenty of time for the holidays…..well, nobody really has plenty of time, but my fitness wasn’t the problem. And when the New Year rolled around – it wasn’t me making the lose weight resolution. I’m here to tell you, that can be you! You can roll into the New
Year without trashing your fitness, avoiding the holiday food, or spending hours in the gym! It’s not that difficult, and I’ve outlined it all here, in my #Maintain, Don’t Gain program. Don’t miss out on your
opportunity to save some cash and avoid the New Year’s resolution – get it now, before it goes public!
