I'll be launching to the public tomorrow, but I want to make sure you don't miss this opportunity to get this amazing deal. It won't be offered again at this price, well at least not
this year. Let me know if you have any questions - or take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions about #AntiDiet right here (FAQ's are at the bottom of the page).
I wanted to share a little something-something
with you about changing your body composition (the ratio of fat that you have to lean muscle).
When referring to your body, I want you to stop calling yourself fat, or saying I am fat, first and foremost. You are not fat; you may have fat, but you are not fat! With that said, change the language about your body to more positive self-talk.
The research shows that being negative, berating, belittling yourself or even when others do it, it will not push you any further to lose the weight. It just makes things
worse.
I believe that when you are more positive about your body, that whole idea of "get your mind right and your body will follow." - Cliché as it may sound, it's the truth! My prayer for all women is that they will break the chains of dieting and treat themselves better, and their bodies better. It feels good not to fight with your body and eat in a way that sustains, gives you energy, and
helps you feel better in your clothes.
So, the language of body change. When working with my ladies, you may already know, we turn the focus towards fat loss/ body composition (as far as numbers go), but more importantly the journey there - habits, health, lifestyle, and consistency.
Like I said before, scale weight is a small, small piece of the puzzle, especially if you are not obese. Even then, an obese person shouldn't lose it rapidly. We saw the outcomes of the folks on Biggest Loser
- did you know pretty much all of them gained all their weight back - there were a handful that kept it off. The same reasons that caused the weight gain affects the non-obese person that is just trying to lose 10-20 or whatever amount of pounds.
What happens when
you stop worrying about the scale number?
- A healthier mindset about your body.
- You are not consumed with thoughts of food. Will this make me gain weight?
- The guilt about not hitting a number.
- You can focus on the things that matter the most - quality food's, not fat-free and
low-carb foods
- On a side note, have you ever noticed, when you eat Franken foods, you are never satisfied?
- More energy to actually do stuff, like lift weights, do some interval work, or even swim laps.
The chart below explains what happens when you crash diet vs. good nutrition and training - the right program for what most women say they want - toned, tight, strong, feel good in their clothes, more energy, etc.
How is that you can weigh the same or somewhere around the same weight but be smaller?
It's because of Muscle.
The amount of muscle you carry. The graphic above shows that the lady on the right has less body fat than the woman on the right.
Muscle doesn't weigh more than fat either. Muscle is denser and takes up less space - smaller and leaner you will look (Yoda voice). Fat is squishier, less dense, and takes up more space. A pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of
fat.
So, if it's a tighter and toned physique that you want, incorporate weight training - lifting the things and build yo self some muscle! And ditch the scale.
Good nutrition and strength training is the special sauce that is missing if you haven't been getting anywhere with your
body change goals.
If this is the case for? I have the solution. I will be showing the exact tools to never go another diet program.
- No starving.
- No marathon cardio sessions.
- No counting calories (when focusing on just hitting the calorie numbers you may be missing the important macronutrients - Carbs, Fats, Protein, and Fiber). You may be taking in more carbs than needed or barely any quality fats, and don't get me started on the protein intake.
- Strength Training which will help you build muscle and burn fat.
- Support and Accountability every step
of the way.
This is an investment in YOU, when's the last time you gave yourself the gift of health?
I know it's scary to take the plunge, to do it differently.
If you have any questions about my coaching program or if
it is right for, reply right to this email. We can also hop on a call at chat about all things #AntiDiet and Lifting The Things.
