Good morning

Happy Hump Day! I hope your day is off to an amazing start.

Since it is Workout Wednesday, I want to know how you are lifting today. Hit reply right to this email and let me know, of course after you read it. :D  Not that you aren't working out more than just on Wednesday.

It's just one of the days of the week that I love sharing a Free workout in hopes of getting folks moving with shorter training sessions and showing them that they don't have to be in the gym for hours on end.

Secondly, that 20 minutes of training can be very effective. That 20 minutes of lifting the things can work for the folks that say they don't have time. #MakeTheTime

I utilize 20-minute workouts all the time. The whole time that I was in Cali, I only did 20 minute workouts.

Matter of fact, while I was traveling, I only was able to fit in 6 training sessions total. I averaged about 2 per week, and did a bunch of walking. My friends and I made the best of what we could do with the time and resources that we had available.

Never let perfect be the enemy of good.

The coolest thing ever was getting to work out at Gold's Gym in Venice Beach, Cali. It's the Mecca of Bodybuilding. It's the home of the first Golds Gym, also where Arnold Schwarzenegger did a lot of his training in his hay day, plus many more famous bodybuilders.

Always remember, something is always better than nothing.

Don't forget to let me know what you did for your workout today by replying right to this email or to ask any other questions that you may have about Lifting the Things!

Also, check these workouts out, do them and come over to my Facebook page and let me know how they went for you. Okay?
