Happy Monday, I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I had the chance to stop at friend’s house in Calgary, Alberta. We got a quick workout in, talked shop, had a glass of wine, and just hung out.
The workout was in the SSD Format, short, challenging, and dumbbell based. We were done in 20-30
minutes.
The workout:
Circuit 1: Upper Body- 4 sets
A1. Band Lat Pull Down x 12-15 reps
A2. 1.5 Dumbbell Bench Press x 8-10 reps
A3. KB Swings x 10-20 reps
Rest at the bottom of the circuit! Repeat 3 more times
Circuit 2: Demo in the video - speed up 4x: Lower Body - 3 sets
B1. Band
Lateral Walks x down and back 2x
B2. Band Dumbbell or Baby Hip Thrusts x 20
Rest after the superset (2 exercises back to back)! Repeat 2 more times.
