-- When I join a gym and get a membership. How many gym memberships will it take till you get it, that the gym isn't where you want to be, because if it was, you would have been going.
-- FYI, you do not need a gym to get started or to get in shape.
Will the time ever be “right”? Odds are, it won’t. Life happens, you just have to prioritize what happens in your life!
Imagine yourself in the backyard, or in your garage, in the living room, or at the park down the street with your one pair of dumbbells getting it in, in the beautiful sunshine
before you faced the day.
Workout, done and out of the way. You feel refreshed, energized and ready to tackle your day. You’ve taken a few minutes for yourself and done some self care. Mind is clear, body energized, and you won’t feel guilty about letting another day go by without
taking your health and fitness back.
A few weeks down the road, you notice….Am I imagining things? My pants feel a little loose! What!? And I’m not out of breath when I go up those stairs, play with the kids, or haul the groceries in.
That can be you - it
only takes a few minutes a day to get it in. It really is that simple, that easy!
How important is your fitness and your well-being?
These are all excuses that can hold us back from feeling good in our skin, moving better, etc. There’s always gonna be something trying to pull us away. You
don’t have to let it - ultimately the choice is yours.
Excuses take away our POWER to take ACTION - doing something rather than nothing. You don’t have to feel hopeless or think that is not possible to carve out time for your fitness. Remember we have to ADJUST to our own realities and drop the Perfection attitude.
Get your Health and Power back; there is no reason to wait unless you broke something. We can work around that too, lol. Today is as good as any day.
