Thank you, Happy Thanksgiving!

Good morning ,

Hope your morning is off to a great start! Happy Turkey Day!

I love me some turkey. We are cooking it up, all the foods.

In my family, we have a Thanksgiving morning breakfast tradition of homemade quiche, monkey bread, and mimosas. I almost love Thanksgiving morning breakfast more than Thanksgiving dinner. It's so good - decadent.

I hope today you enjoy the food with every bite and savor it. Laugh, play, and enjoy yourself.

Did you see my last email? Click here to read about my number 1 strategy for Thanksgiving. It's not what you think!

Watch the Lions game if you are into football or whatever you watch on Turkey day. The Macy Days Parade, and that dog show that comes on after it, lol. I'm not the biggest football fan, but I'm originally from Detroit, so I always root for them, and of course, I watch the Superbowl! Don't ask me anything about who’s on the team though, lol!

Anywho....

If I haven't told you, Thank You...

- for being part of my inner circle.
- for being here and allowing me to take up residence in your inbox
- for the encouragement and support- someone recently reached out and said this on one of my Facebook posts - "Gurl, I love your approach to relationship with food. It is so on point and liberating! Keep it coming!"
--- Thank you, and I will keep on fighting the good fight.

- for challenging your inner food police - keep on closing the door, it will be gone before you know it.
- for listening to my ramblings on quitting the extremes and the diet mentality.
- for your inspiration and for allowing me to be a part of your life with my emails.

I know you get too many emails every day (who doesn't?), yet here you are, reading mine, again thank you.

Seriously.... that means a lot.

Today, let's celebrate. Eat your favorite Thanksgiving foods without guilt or shame, or punishment later or tomorrow.

Don't worry about being perfect, but being PRESENT. Be THANKFUL. Be GRATEFUL.

Wishing you and your family a very happy Thanksgiving!!

Yours in Strength and Health
