I got
tired of doing that. Tired of feeling crappy and lethargic throughout the holiday season. Enough was enough!
I learned that I had to adjust my expectations for busy times of life. Do a little something to carry the momentum, still feel good in my skin, and mentally feel well because I kept lifting the things.
Shorter sessions, daily movement - even just a walk or some dancing
kept me feeling good throughout the season.

I created this challenge to keep your fitness game strong with short, quick, and efficient workouts throughout the holiday season. All you need is a pair of dumbbells to get it done.
