Sick and Tired of missing workouts and feeling sluggish…. Plus a lil someting someting in my Madea voice!

Still in throes of the holidays? Can’t quite snap back yet? I know, sometimes it can be hard to get back into the swing of things. 


You might even feel stuck…. Like, what can I do to get it moving? Why can’t I just get started? Because you are human, and you need your Fire Ignited!


Don’t get down on yourself, it happens! You just need to pull yourself together and do Something. You know, I always say just do something. Something is always better than nothing, am I right?


That something can be more when you get that something down pat!


Don’t try to be perfect, just get back in there with Something. I keep going back to do something. 

What is that something for you? Survey your day, your time, and look at the areas that you could improve on.


Maybe that Something is joining me and other women getting there Fitness Ignited! I still have some room for you. The more the merrier! 


I know you can find “FREE” workouts on the net, heck punch in workouts in Google or Pinterest and boom, you’ll have a slew of workouts that may or may not help you reach your desires. Most folks usually don't get results because the exercises are thrown together randomly and don't have any real structure - like a 100 burpees, 50 push-ups, or some mess like that. Or the fact that you never really progressed or got stronger, and lastly your physique stayed the same. Ever notice that?!


The cherry or two that tops the Google/Pinterest workouts are that you never finish them! Why is that?! There are a few reasons to name: They take forever and they are all cardio based with very light weights. These workouts just tire you out, they don't build you up. You don't finish them feeling good. I know for fact you probably dread them every-time you do do them. 


Your workouts should Ignite you, make you feel good, and you shouldn't DREAD Them!

    Nothing inherently wrong with Pinterest or Google workouts, they can be fun, thats for sure, and they may give you some ideas.  Like I said above, they can be just random with no progressions or regressions to them - you can't get modifications or ask the trainer or whoever shared the workout any questions. Lastly, they don't always have your best interest at heart. 


    See, with the Fitness Ignited Group Fitness Class you will be getting some Personal Training Coaching from me. You'll get to ask questions. You'll get some education on strength training - the why, the what, and the how! You’ll also get that extra push and accountability from myself and the other women in the group. 


    Also, my workouts aren’t just thrown together to make you sore or to make you vomit. I have over 10 years of experience of creating sound training programs, training 1-1, and coaching women in a group fitness setting. 


    You don’t get a Certified Fitness Professional when you randomly pull workouts off the internet, sorry, you just don’t! Let me just ask you, are you getting the results that you wish to see from pulling workouts off the internet? Are you able to stick to them?


    With the workouts I create, you will see results, you will get stronger and you will see your physique change in more ways than one!


    So, as you may or may not  know, this is a beta group - I want feedback from you on how to improve the program and such.

    • What does BETA mean and how is it different from regular programs?
      Fitness Ignited BETA Group is a Virtual Group Training Fitness class! I am looking for women who are committed and serious about Firing up their fitness. I ask that you provide detailed feedback at the end of the program.

      This Fitness Ignited Jumpstart is a beta test, which means you will be testing the workouts for me. I will be asking you for feedback on the workouts, what you liked, what you didn’t like, was it too challenging, did the workout take too long, etc...

      As a BETA tester, you will receive this program for a never to be seen again low price, and in return, all I ask is for your honest feedback and dedicated participation.  

      I will be coaching you through ALL the workouts, and all I need from you is commitment. Show up, do the workouts (if you can’t be on Live, come back and watch the replay).


    • What is your commitment to a BETA program?
      Show up for the workouts Live for 14 days, if you can't be there, I am asking that you let me know in advance. If you can't make it Live, you'll still have the opportunity to watch the replay and complete the workout. 


    • What can you expect at the end of 14-days?
      You can expect your fitness to be Ignited and on fire - back on track. You'll have a better sense of how simple it is to get your workouts in, get more time back in your day, and have more energy to do the things. You will have been consistent over 14 days with 3 workouts a week! A win - win! Simply said you are going to feel so good!

      At the end of the 14 days, I will ask for detailed feedback on the workouts - what you liked and what you didn’t like. I want to hear directly from you what I need to keep or what I need to change before taking this LIVE.  


    • What is the benefit of doing the BETA Testing?  
      The benefit of doing this BETA testing is being able to get your fitness back on track. Train with like-minded women who like to lift weights. You'll get the chance to be trained by a professional fitness expert for an incredibly discounted rate and be one of the founding members of my upcoming virtual group strength training classes... COMING SOON!
    • What will the workouts consist of?
      The workouts will consist of Total Body workouts, meaning that we will train upper body and lower body in the same the workout.


    • When are the workouts?
      Fitness Ignited 14 Day Virtual Group Coaching class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from
      8:00 am - 8:30 am CST via Zoom and in a closed Facebook group.

      Can’t make it Live, the workouts will be available in our Facebook after the  Live workout is complete.


    • How does training Live actually work? 
      The training sessions will be held via the Zoom Platform. Zoom is a FREE video conference software that you can download to your mobile device, tablet, or computer.

      We will train using Zoom at the scheduled times Monday and Wednesday at 8:00 am - 8:30 am CST.

      I will be able to see you, and you’ll be able to see me via the Zoom Platform. This is how I will train you and the other ladies through the workouts.
