You can have all those goals and still feel and be worthy.
You are worthy!
With that said, you must first
get your mind right. You gotta work from the inside out. Body change, losing fat, or whatever you want to call is an inside job.
The way to get results is to at least respect your body here and now - you
may not love it yet, but you can treat it right. No one gets to where they want to be physically by beating themselves up.
If you're currently doing things to change, get fit, lose fat, get stronger,
etc... Please know that it takes time, patience, and consistency. It's probably gonna suck - or feel as if it does. Change is freaking hard.
Trying to be perfect with this stuff makes it even harder. Because what ends
up happening is that trying to be Perfect, actually gets you NOTHING. Perfect is an illusion, and the more you strive for perfection the further back you'll be.
Perfection is paralyzing ain't it?
So, what I want you to do is ditch the shame and the guilt, the should do's, the perfectionist attitude, the waiting for the perfect moment, and stop waiting to hit whatever arbitrary number you're aiming for and live your best life
now.
Our lives are happening now; life is not waiting! Life is too short!
Instead, focus on the day to day, the process, the things that will move the dial. The things that feel good for you, things that will fill up your cup, and things that will be sustainable.
keep doing those things over and over. Measure your progress with something else than just numbers.
Lastly, you are worthy right now, worth of love, worthy of that job you have wanted, so on
and so forth!
