- 8 Brand New Done For you workouts - upper/lower body split complete with video demos! These workouts can be done for the entire Holiday season.
- Minimal Equipment: Dumbbell and Band Based Workouts
- These workouts can be done anywhere!
- The Workouts are short, effective, and efficient -
20 - 30-ish minutes in length

- This isn’t just a workout challenge; I’ll also be teaching you the tools and strategies to keep your Nutrition habits in check too! You’ll know exactly how to navigate all those goodies this holiday season – no depriving yourself – we don’t do that over here, cause ain’t nobody got time for
