Don't restrict yourself, eat what you love, and leave the rest. Simply move on after your meal.
Please, no beating yourself up if you overeat. You are Human, that's all. No Shame, No Guilt!
You DON'T have to earn or burn off your food off with exercise EVERRRRR.
You can take a day off or two - all is not lost! Rest days are good too! Sit on the couch, play games, watch football, etc... That's just fine as well!
Now, if you want to train then do so because you love it and it makes you feel better, keeps you sane, and because it's truly a gift to move, then do so. A walk is just fine too!
Lastly, remember what the Holidays are all about- creating memories, spending time with your family, friends, and just enjoying life.
