Have you finished getting your gifts for your loved ones? The other day, on my IG Stories, I asked for folks to share what they were winning at for #WinningWednesday, and one of the responses was: they were winning because all their gifts were wrapped already!
That's a Big Win with all the hustle and bustle going on, to be done Christmas shopping and have all the presents already wrapped.
I can remember this one time; I literally did all my Christmas Shopping on Christmas Eve after I got off work at the mall. What a nightmare that was. Lol now, but it was not funny when I did it. What was I thinking?! I wasn't. That happened once, and I never went Christmas Shopping like that again.
I haven't quite finished yet, but I won't be doing it on Christmas Eve, that's for sure, lmbo. I'll be doing the rest of my shopping right online in the comfort of my RV!
So, anywhoodle, here are some of my favorite things that are great gifts for the strong women in your life:
1. Mpow 059 Bluetooth Headphones Over Ear - I've been on the hunt for some amazing and great quality headphones with an affordable price tag.
I'm usually a Beats by Dre headphone user, but my sport ones broke, and I sat on my Over the Head ones - they broke, and the ear muffs started to peal because I trained in them - sweat didn't do them well. If you are familiar with the Beats By Dre brand, you may know that they are not cheap headphones. So, it was time to find a pair that has good sound and stands up to sweat!
I finally found these Mpow over the ear headphones that I could train in, and they have good sound like the Beats. They do deliver, and the sound is pretty good, but not the same Bass that the Beats are known for, but I still love them. I've been using them for about two months, and they are holding up well. They do well, block sound - noise canceling, and stays put when I'm lifting the heavy things, when I'm jumping rope, and when
I do sprints - win-win!
2. Blue-light Blocking Glasses - Throwing these babies on at night are a game changer. Thank me later.
Why would you need a pair of Blue light Blocking glasses? Well, because just about every electronic device we use or watch emits Blue Light!
Blue Light, which is the color that cues our bodies to wake up in the morning. The artificial light that we consume at night actually suppresses melatonin production, which delays our natural sleep cycle.
I can't express the importance of sleep, it's vital for so many things related to physique change, stress, cravings, mood, fat loss, etc.
There are many styles to choose from. Grab the pair I'm sharing here or search for a pair on Amazon to suit your tastes.
Here are few articles on the importance of sleep:

3. The 5 Minute Journal - I am loving this thing. I've been trying to nail down a consistent journaling habit for a time now, and I've finally got it.
It literally takes 5 minutes - I write it in the mornings - they give you prompts, and then I write in it to close out the day.
I've been uber consistent and haven't missed a day since I started writing in it.
So, if you've been looking for a way to get into journaling and want it to be simple, check the 5-minute journal out. For more info on the 5 Minute Journal check it out here!
4. Lacrosse Ball - If you don't have one of these in your gym bag, you sure should. I use mine on a regular basis to hit those tight spots in my glutes and my upper back. The Lacrosse ball is more localized
than the Foam Roller; it can really get into those tight spots a bit better.
5. Silicone or Stainless Straws – If you’re looking to switch over from plastic straws, these are great. I have both kinds. I love the Silicone ones, lol, I have stabbed myself a
couple of times with the Stainless ones. Other than being a bit sharp they're great too.
6. Nutri Ninja Personal Blender - I love this thing! It chops well. It's no Vitamix or Blendtec, but it gets the job done. We had to put our Vitamix in storage to save of space and weight - sad face, but we were surprised on how well the Ninja Blends.
I throw all the veggies I can get in it - sometimes frozen ones like cauliflower or beets, spinach, a frozen berry blend, flaxseed, stevia to taste, milk, and a scoop a protein. This is one of the ways I get a ton of veggies in. #ChooseEase
7. Serious Steel Bands - I love, love these bands, I think I have 4. I travel with them. I use them in place of dumbbells for so many exercises.
8. Valslides - I love, love these too. They're so much fun. I carry them with me to the gym, I travel with them, and I use them with my clients. They love them too.
Check these ones out too; they are less pricey than the Valslides - Elite Sportz Exercise Sliders
9. Instant Pot - Me and my husband love this thing. I love how fast everything cooks. I love that you don’t have to wait all day as you do with a regular crock pot. We love making Chili in it.
