Lastly, on the New Year front, my take on resolutions, goals, intentions, etc...
They all are fine, but be clear and specific about your Whys and Hows. Break your goals down into manageable pieces. Just don't beat yourself up when you fail, because you will. No one is perfect, and no one is gonna be on point all the time, and that's okay because we are human.
Fall down, get back up and dust your shoulders off, and keep going. Keep taking ACTION!
