When people ask me what do I think of [insert diet], I ask, well, what do you think?
I ask this because you are the commander of your body. You may not know that yet, but you are. With some internal work, you can find out exactly what needs, and what your true desires are.
And that's where I come in at as well.
I can help you cut out all the noise that you are hearing about the way to diet, what to eat, how to train, etc.
I know you are probably confused 100 times over.
YOU have to get the formula that works for YOU, so to speak.
Picking up diets like Keto, Paleo, Weight Watchers, work until they don't, as I'm sure you may have discovered.
