So, Seanne, came to me after years of yo-yo dieting and doing programs like BeachBody and The Firm. Her most recent diet was Keto - she had it with that too.
Seanne had been following me for awhile on the Social Media and was very interested in my approach to health, fitness, namely strength training, and nutrition.
She decided to jump into one of my challenges and loved it. She said it made a huge difference! Seanne says “It introduced me to her training techniques and a different side of working out. In January I did another challenge with her and became hooked.”
After that, Seanne signed up to work with me 1:1.

At that point I felt that I was ready to take the leap and get some individual training as well as nutritional guidelines from someone who I trusted and admired for what she can do and what she's been doing over the years.
Candace taught me that you don't have to burnout and train and jump around for hours every day to get results.
She taught me that you can eat what you enjoy in moderation and not starve yourself to see results.
What I learned from coaching with Candace was that I could weight train, I can lift heavier weights, I can get stronger, & look healthy, sexier, leaner, without starving myself and pushing myself to fatigue.
I would recommend to anyone to use coaching as a tool to make inspired changes to your life.
The most important thing I learned from the coaching that I received from Candace, is confidence.
Confidence in myself, a change in how I looked at myself in the mirror, how I present myself to other people.
I've spent years and years battling with my self-image and battling with how I thought everybody else perceived me whether it was true or not.
Candace pushed me outside of my comfort zone and prove to me with a steady stream of positive criticism that I was making the changes that I wanted to be making and it was my choice in how I wanted to make those changes. I don't think I could have done it without her encouragement.

I am so proud of Seanne - she did the work and trusted the process. It takes a lot of courage to let the diet mentality go and ditch what diet culture is telling us to do, like ban carbs, do keto, do all the cardio, and only lift light weights. We women are up against this every single day, and the crazy thing is
that diet culture isn’t going anywhere. So, we have to keep doing the work and throw diet culture the bird, lol!
