You may or may not know that I just opened up five 1:1 high access coaching spots for my STRONGER You Coaching Program.
I’ve been getting a few questions about how all this works. So, I wanted to take a moment and answer a few of those here:
Q: Candace, how can you help me?
A: I can help you reach your desired goals by creating a customized nutrition and strength plan. I can give you the tools and the strategies to stay consistent and be successful with your health, fitness, and nutrition. One of the big pieces of STRONGER You is
getting you to a place of peace with food - a healthy relationship with all foods.
Q: I’ve tried other programs and coaches in the past. What makes this one different?
A: It’s not a cookie cutter program. It’s based on your unique self. I take a vested interest in helping you achieve sustainable outcomes. There will be no misery, banned food lists, or marathon training sessions.
You will get time, energy - mental and physical back into your life, and a forever approach that will be realistic!
Q: Is STRONGER You right for me?
Well that depends...
A: STRONGER You is for you if you want to build muscle, Lift the Things, get off the diet train, get off the diet roller coaster, and feel good inside and out.
It's for you if you want to have a better relationship with food.
It's for you if you want to learn how to go out to eat with your family and not obsess about how you are gonna work off your food the next day!
STRONGER You is for you if you want to be able to squat, lunge, pull-up, push-up, and deadlift, amongst many other STRONG thangs.
Other STRONG thangs like pick up a heavy case of water without throwing your back out, carrying all the grocery bags plus your purse, lol, or moving the furniture your damn self because you can!
I could go on and on, but I think you get the point! STRONGER You Coaching is where you want to be for a STRONGER mind and a STRONGER body!
Q: How does 1:1 Coaching actually work?
A: 1:1 Coaching works just about the same as if we were in person sans the gym. We meet on a weekly- biweekly basis to assure your success face to face via video conference, like Skype, Facetime or even FB video using your mobile phone, computer or tablet. I’m
with you every step of the way!
A customized Strength Training & Nutrition Program will be created to help you reach your physique, strength and fitness goals. No more confusion around how or the what of nutrition, or how to get STRONGER, lift more weights, or change your body composition i.e. fat loss!
