2. Fresh Market Dark Chocolate Mint Coffee
I made this discovery a couple of weeks ago.
First, I love, love coffee and if it's mint or peppermint I am game. Starbucks puts their peppermint one out every year around the holidays. It's to die for. I try to buy as much as I can but it always sales out and it's not on the shelves after December.
So, I was ecstatic when I saw the Fresh Market one!
It's delicious and has a smooth taste. It tastes just like Dark Chocolate Mint.
3. Pyramid Hip Thrusts
I love Hip Thrusts. They have built my backside well and have kept my knees and back healthy.
We can thank Bret Contreras for the amazing exercise. IF you don't know who he is, head here to check him out.
Now, I've been doing various variations of hip thrusts 2-3 times a week for the last few months, and I call tell that my glutes are strong and have become shapelier. I have the receipts to prove it; I will share soon.
Lately, I've been doing hip thrusts with the hubs, and he has been pushing me, off course, not letting me sandbag.
So, we started doing drop set hip thrusts. That means we start at a higher weight and drop the weight for 2-4 sets. In the picture, I started with 225 for 10 reps and dropped the weight for 3 sets/finished with 185. Wooooo weee! It's fire!
If you love Hip Thrusts, you'll love adding drop sets. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
