The Juicy Booty June Challenge runs from Monday, June 3rd- Sunday, June 16th!
🍑 The Challenge is going down in a closed Facebook group with other like-minded women who are ready to keep their fitness game STRONG throughout the Summer months.
🍑 Equipment – you’ll need dumbbells, a kettlebell, a barbell if you have access, if not there will be substitutions for the barbell exercises, a mini band – this is a smaller band without handles that you can place around your knees, and a resistance band or access to a cable machine.
If you don’t have a pair of dumbbells laying around and you're training at home, I’d encourage to purchase a pair or two from your local sporting goods store. Excellent investment, these dumbbells will become handy in those busy seasons of life.
🍑 The workouts can be completed anywhere – living room, hotel, backyard, or if you do have the time, you can get it in at the gym too. The workouts will be 30-40 ish minutes in length – that’s it because we are busy and have things to do, we want to be out and about!
You'll be challenged to complete 10 workouts in 14 days, as well as 14 mini challenges – one for each day of the challenge. You will get 1 entry for every workout or mini-challenge that you complete. The winner (one) will be selected at random.
To potentially win the prize, complete the workouts and the mini-challenges, and post in the private Facebook group as proof!
This challenge is about getting consistent and following through!
