Today, I want to introduce you to my client Samantha!
Samantha was doing all the cardio. She wasn’t seeing much difference in her physique, ya know spinning her wheels. In her words my workouts had ceased to make the difference I was wanting to
see. I was spending 30 minutes to an hour on an elliptical but was seeing no results!
She wasn’t seeing the muscle, despite all her best efforts.
It wasn’t until we started working together that she saw the results that she wished to see. She started to see muscle in her shoulders and arms, and she lost pant sizes, not just weight on the scale i.e. fat loss.
Samantha was also so proud of how much she could lift and squat!
With some changes and adjustments to Samantha’s training and nutrition, she was able to see the results that she wanted to see. Even her Grandmother couldn’t believe I got her to eat more food!

Her last update was that she’s still getting it in, lifting at least 3 times a week, doing yoga, and going to Zumba for fun. Still fit, still strong, and doing the damn thing!
