1. I mentioned this one in the last email, have a glass of water before coffee, or upon waking. Have a glass while the coffee is brewing!
2. Have a cup of tea to relax or wind down for the evening!
3. Use one of those cute water bottles with time markers.
4. Keep your water bottle or glass full! Right after you finish a glass of water or a bottle fill right back up!
5. Tired of just plain water?! Girlfriend, grab yourself a flavored water enhancer or some flavored sparkling water. My favorite bubble water is Bubly, it's really tasty. Might I say it tastes better to me than Lacroix.
6. Set some water timers on your phone. This can be very helpful especially if you forget to drink.
7. Buy water that come in fancy bougie water bottles. I always see cute ones at places like TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Ross. This may do the trick for getting more water in.
