I'm sure it's everywhere that you turn, loads and loads of different diets, weight loss, trends, etc. We can't escape it!
As you may know, the Voodoo Quackery is here to stay. The Diet Industry is here to stay. So, it's up to us to put on our blinders, disregard the nonsense, manage and protect our health by doing what is SANE, SIMPLE, and SUSTAINABLE.

STRONG friend, I want the best for YOU. I want you to be able to adhere and enjoy how you set out to improve your health, fitness, nutrition, etc. and for it to be SUSTAINABLE. These quick fixes are not thinking about YOU. They tend to do more harm than good - short term results with long term consequences. Am I right, or Am I right?!
I'll tell you one thing - diets like WW, 1200 calorie diets, etc keep you coming back because they know that you won't be able to sustain it and they keep you coming back for more rounds of their diets. Queue up the diet cycle, this is how we get trapped! They don't provide you with an exit strategy! Why would they? That's how they make their money (the diet industry is a billion dollar industry and counting) - clean your pocketbook right
out!
