Happy Tuesday! How are you holding up in lieu of the Corona situation?! It's cray cray out here. Be safe and keep yourself healthy.
If there was ever an opportune time to double down on getting more fruits and vegetables in, this is the time!! As well as getting some quality sleep.
So, I hope you are holding up well. I pray this all passes very soon, and that we can get back to some sense of our normalcy.
My advice during this Corona Situation, as I've been calling it, is to stick to as much of your "normal" routine as you can.
Keep your well established habits going. It can be so easy to backslide, but it doesn't have to be that way, just because we are home 24/7 or longer.
Who knows how long this Corona situation will be! I hope not too long - that we cap this virus up! 🙌🏾
This too shall pass! The virus shall pass!
In the meantime, Modify, Adapt, Adjust, Improvise and do the best that you can with life, your self care, your fitness routine and such.
