Juicy Booty June is a 14 Day Consistency Challenge to Build, Boost, Burn your Glutes up, and keep your Fitness Game STRONG no matter the season you are in!

๐ The Challenge is going down in a closed Facebook group with other like-minded women who are ready to keep their fitness game STRONG throughout these crazy times!

๐ Equipment โ youโll need dumbbells, a kettlebell, a barbell if you have access, if not there will be substitutions for the barbell exercises, and a mini band โ this is a smaller band without handles that you can place around your knees, and a resistance band or access to a cable machine.
๐ The workouts can be completed anywhere โ living room, hotel, backyard, or if you do have the time, you can get it in at the gym too. The workouts will be 45 -ish minutes in length โ thatโs it, because we are busy and have things to do - we want to be out and about!

๐ You'll be challenged to complete 10 workouts in 14 days, as well as 14 mini-challenges โ one for each day of the challenge. You will get 1 entry for every workout or mini-challenge that you complete. The winner (one) will be selected at random.
