You may or may not be missing the gym. I know I'm missing it big time. I can't wait for the doors to open! I am missing having access to heavier weights; that's for sure.
However, I know a thing or two about getting in it when I have minimal equipment, how to challenge myself and you, or when I can't get to a gym due to traveling, etc. After all, I do live full-time in an RV.
I am making do with what I have available. I'm willing to guess you have to.
I have pivoted, adjusted, adapted, modified, and improvised my training during this Corona Quarantine.
