I designed the program for use at home and at the gym! I didn't want to leave anyone out, because I know how amazing the program is.
I know a lot of us are still getting it in at home due to the Covi. I know gyms are open now, but I also know many folks are still training at home and building up their home gyms.👏🏾🙌🏾💪🏾

𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐁𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬.

𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐚 𝟓-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐝𝐝 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐞, 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬.
In the program, you will be targeting all three heads of the shoulder, the front, side, and the rear delts. This is so important in having well developed and strong shoulders. The program also targets biceps and triceps. 💪🏾
At the end of the program, if you are consistent, eating enough food, and applying yourself, you will see a difference in your shoulders and strength!
Strengthening your shoulders will increase strength in other upper body exercises as well.
It's a win-win!
