I'm popping in with some October Friday Favorites! And some ICYMI Posts that you might find helpful!
This month's favorites are all food things, lol! Ya girl loves to eat!
Alright, alright, let's dive in!
First up... One of my favorite loaves of bread is Aunt Millie's Best Grains Bread Fiber of Life. I've only found it in the North, in Michigan specifically. I always get it when I go home to visit family. I usually pick up a few loaves and freeze them because they are that good!
The nutrition breakdown is pretty on point too. I always look for a loaf of bread with a good amount of fiber with good taste; it packs 6 grams of fiber per slice!
The 2nd item is Aunt Millie’s Everything Bagels, so good too! They're just as good as Thomas Bagels, which are my favorite Bagel brand.
P.S. I don't love Dave's Bagels; they're not nearly as good. I know most folks pick-em because of the marketing, and I did too - due to the health halo effect. They are comparable in caloric/macro breakdown.
Traders Joe's Stuffed Gnocchi (Potato Gnocchi Stuffed with Tomato Sauce & Mozzarella! Where have these been all my life? They're so good. You must try em. I pop them in my air fryer and then top them with a pasta sauce. I sometimes put them on top of Spiralized Butternut Squash to get my veggie intake up and, of course, with a protein
