In today’s email, I want to share a friendly reminder about one of the BEST ways to deal with stress, in my opinion. There are many, of course. You probably already know that I believe lifting the things is one of the others!
So, we know stress is not so good for us. We have good stress and bad stress. The bad stress is the one that just eats us alive.
We do all the things to help prevent it – we get enough sleep, don’t over-schedule ourselves, exercise, eat right, do breathing exercises, etc.
And even so, sometimes we find ourselves smack in the middle of a stress overload situation! Especially this time of year, with all the extra activities and worries about meeting expectations.
It’s a super simple solution!!
You probably already guessed it and I. LOVE. IT!!
GO FOR A WALK OUTSIDE. Even 5 to 10 minutes can make a real difference.

You don’t have to walk to the moon, lol! Just get out in walk whenever, or where ever! You can do it pretty much anywhere.
If it’s cold where you live, bundle on up and get on out there!
