Yes, time is flying by, right. It's not constant; it's always evolving; it's always changing. Another week, another month, another year!

It's a new month, so that means STRONGER Way is open for enrollment!

This month's training focus is Glutes and Pushing exercises! Although that is the focus, it does hit all the muscle groups.
Â
We are gonna be hitting them glutes from all angles and all rep ranges, as well as hitting bench press, military press, and working on push-ups!
Â
The training program is applicable to the gym and at home! You'll have access to both versions! So, if you are still training at home, I got you! I include a barbell version, dumbbell version, bands, and or bodyweight versions for each of the exercises where
applicable!

As well as form checks on your lifts - I'll assess your form and provide feedback to improve your form, minimize the risk of injury, and maximize your training time.
