Boulder Shoulder September is a three-week - 5-day specialized shoulder building program that adds muscle, shapes, and strengthens your shoulders.
In the program, you will be targeting all three heads of the shoulder, the front, side, and the rear delts. This is so important in having well-developed and strong shoulders. The program also targets biceps and triceps. 💪🏾
At the end of the program, if you are consistent, eating enough food, and applying yourself, you will see a difference in your shoulders and strength!
Strengthening your shoulders will increase strength in other upper body exercises as well.
